The Value of Planning Ahead

I've gone to Paris with hardly a plan in mind. Not even a hotel booked. At the time, flying by the seat of my pants was great. It all worked out.

But it's never as relaxing as when you've done some good, prior planning.

Over the years I've had the experience of planning for my husband, my daughter, my whole family, and clients - even one with celiac sprue.

And each time, it just gets simpler.

For most of us, including me with my guests and family now, we would like to breathe easy when we get on the plane knowing we've got everything covered!
